In 2009-2010, the faculty of Oxford consists of 22 full-time and 4 part-time members; 45% of whom hold Master's degrees. Teachers at The Oxford Academy receive special instruction and supervision in one-on-one pedagogy from the Headmaster and the Dean of Studies. Most faculty members live on campus and thus are in constant contact with the boys to advise them not only on academic matters but also on personal and social problems.Administration
